قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ وَالطَّيِّبَاتِ مِنَ الرِّزْقِ ۚ قُلْ هِيَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا خَالِصَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
Say, "Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has produced for His servants and the good [lawful] things of provision?" Say, "They are for those who believe during the worldly life [but] exclusively for them on the Day of Resurrection." Thus do We detail the verses for a people who know.

(He it is Who did create you from a single soul…) [7:189] up to (… but are themselves created) [7:191].Said Mujahid: “Initially, all the children of Adam and Eve died in their infancy. And so, Satan whispered tothem: 'If a boy is born to you, call him 'Abd al-Harith [the slave of al-Harith]'. The name of Satan was, priorto that, al-Harith. Adam and Eve did as he asked them to do, hence the words of Allah, exalted is He: (Butwhen He gave unto them aright, they ascribed to Him partners in respect of that which He had giventhem…)”.
قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِى أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ وَالْطَّيِّبَـتِ مِنَ الرِّزْقِ قُلْ هِى لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ فِى الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا خَالِصَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَـمَةِ كَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الآيَـتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
(32. Say: "Who has forbidden the adornment with clothes given by Allah, which He has produced for His servants, and At-Tayyibat (good things) of sustenance'' Say: "They are, in the life of this world, for those who believe, (and) exclusively for them (believers) on the Day of Resurrection.'' Thus We explain the Ayat in detail for people who have knowledge. )
(Say) O Muhammad, to the idolators who prohibit some things out of false opinion and fabrication,
مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِى أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ
(Who has forbidden the adornment with clothes given by Allah, which He has produced for His servants) meaning, these things were created for those who believe in Allah and worship Him in this life, even though the disbelievers share in these bounties in this life. In the Hereafter, the believers will have all this to themselves and none of the disbelievers will have a share in it, for Paradise is prohibited for the disbelievers.

Mafhum ayat ini menunjukkan bahwa barang siapa tidak beriman kepada Allah dan menggunakan nikmat-nikmat-Nya untuk bermaksiat, maka ia tidak berhak menikmatinya, bahkan akan diberikan hukuman terhadapnya dan pada hari kiamat kenikmatan yang mereka rasakan akan ditanya.
Maksudnya perhiasan-perhiasan dari Allah dan makanan yang baik itu dapat dinikmati di dunia ini oleh orang-orang yang beriman dan orang-orang yang tidak beriman, sedangkan di akhirat nanti hanya untuk orang-orang yang beriman saja.
