يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ
46. The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped.
وَأَنَّ سَعْيَهُ سَوْفَ يُرَىٰ
40. And that his effort is going to be seen -
ثُمَّ يُجْزَاهُ الْجَزَاءَ الْأَوْفَىٰ
41. Then he will be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense
وَأَنَّ عَلَيْهِ النَّشْأَةَ الْأُخْرَىٰ
47. And that [incumbent] upon Him is the next creation
أَزِفَتِ الْآزِفَةُ
57. The Approaching Day has approached.
اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ
1. The Hour has come near, and the moon has split [in two].
خُشَّعًا أَبْصَارُهُمْ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ كَأَنَّهُمْ جَرَادٌ مُنْتَشِرٌ
7. Their eyes humbled, they will emerge from the graves as if they were locusts spreading,
مُهْطِعِينَ إِلَى الدَّاعِ ۖ يَقُولُ الْكَافِرُونَ هَٰذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ
8. Racing ahead toward the Caller. The disbelievers will say, "This is a difficult Day."
بَلِ السَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَالسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَىٰ وَأَمَرُّ
46. But the Hour is their appointment [for due punishment], and the Hour is more disastrous and more bitter.
يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَىٰ وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ
48. The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar."
