And when Moses arrived at Our appointed time and his Lord spoke to him, he said, "My Lord, show me [Yourself...[Allah] said, "You will not see Me, but look at the mountain; if it should remain in place, then you...will see Me."...But when his Lord appeared to the mountain, He rendered it level, and Moses fell unconscious....I have repented to You, and I am the first of the believers."
Then We sent after them Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were unjust toward...So see how was the end of the corrupters.
And the people of Moses made, after [his departure], from their ornaments a calf - an image having a...Did they not see that it could neither speak to them nor guide them to a way?...They took it [for worship], and they were wrongdoers.
And We made an appointment with Moses for thirty nights and perfected them by [the addition of] ten;...so the term of his Lord was completed as forty nights....And Moses said to his brother Aaron, "Take my place among my people, do right [by them], and do not follow...the way of the corrupters."

The People of the Scripture ask you to bring down to them a book from the heaven....But they had asked of Moses [even] greater than that and said, "Show us Allah outright," so the thunderbolt...Then they took the calf [for worship] after clear evidences had come to them, and We pardoned that....And We gave Moses a clear authority.
And he entered the city at a time of inattention by its people and found therein two men fighting: one...from his faction and one from among his enemy....And the one from his faction called for help to him against the one from his enemy, so Moses struck him...and [unintentionally] killed him....[Moses] said, "This is from the work of Satan. Indeed, he is a manifest, misleading enemy."
[Al-Khidh r] said, "This is parting between me and you....I will inform you of the interpretation of that about which you could not have patience.
And Moses said, "Our Lord, indeed You have given Pharaoh and his establishment splendor and wealth in...the worldly life, our Lord, that they may lead [men] astray from Your way....Our Lord, obliterate their wealth and harden their hearts so that they will not believe until they see...the painful punishment."
And [recall] when you said, "O Moses, we will never believe you until we see Allah outright"; so the
And certainly did We send Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, and he said, "Indeed..., I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds."
And [recall] when you said, "O Moses, we can never endure one [kind of] food....So call upon your Lord to bring forth for us from the earth its green herbs and its cucumbers and its...garlic and its lentils and its onions."...[Moses] said, "Would you exchange what is better for what is less?...That was because they [repeatedly] disbelieved in the signs of Allah and killed the prophets without
He said: "This is the parting between you and I, I will tell you the interpretation of (those) things...-deskripsi...p class="tafsir-deskripsi"> (When they came there, the people of the town were mean.) i.e., miserly...parting between you and I) meaning, because you said after the boy was killed that if you asked me anything...So this is the parting of the ways between me and you.
He said: "This is the parting between you and I, I will tell you the interpretation of (those) things...-deskripsi...p class="tafsir-deskripsi"> (When they came there, the people of the town were mean.) i.e., miserly...parting between you and I) meaning, because you said after the boy was killed that if you asked me anything...So this is the parting of the ways between me and you.
The ways into the heavens - so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar...And thus was made attractive to Pharaoh the evil of his deed, and he was averted from the [right] way...And the plan of Pharaoh was not except in ruin.
Then We gave Moses the Scripture, making complete [Our favor] upon the one who did good and as a detailed...explanation of all things and as guidance and mercy that perhaps in [the matter of] the meeting with
And he extracted for them [the statue of] a calf which had a lowing sound, and they said, "This is your...god and the god of Moses, but he forgot."
And We had certainly given Moses nine evident signs, so ask the Children of Israel [about] when he came...to them and Pharaoh said to him, "Indeed I think, O Moses, that you are affected by magic."
And We gave Moses the Scripture and made it a guidance for the Children of Israel that you not take other...than Me as Disposer of affairs,
And you, [O Muhammad], were not on the western side [of the mount] when We revealed to Moses the command..., and you were not among the witnesses [to that].
[Moses] said, "Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason."
[Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."
And We had certainly given Moses guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture
And their prophet said to them, "Indeed, a sign of his kingship is that the chest will come to you in...which is assurance from your Lord and a remnant of what the family of Moses and the family of Aaron...had left, carried by the angels.
And We inspired to the mother of Moses, "Suckle him; but when you fear for him, cast him into the river...and do not fear and do not grieve....Indeed, We will return him to you and will make him [one] of the messengers."
And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture, so do not be in doubt over his meeting....And we made the Torah guidance for the Children of Israel.
And the heart of Moses' mother became empty [of all else]....She was about to disclose [the matter concerning] him had We not bound fast her heart that she would...be of the believers.
And Allah gives (of His bounty, blessings, favors, and honors on the Day of Resurrection) to whom He...signs that attest to the truth of Moses regarding what he was sent with for them....They witnessed his hand (when it became lit with light), his parting the sea, his striking the rock (...These signs attested to the existence of the Creator and the truth of Moses by whose hand these signs...Spend and do not fear deprivation from the Owner of the Throne.)
And Allah gives (of His bounty, blessings, favors, and honors on the Day of Resurrection) to whom He...signs that attest to the truth of Moses regarding what he was sent with for them....They witnessed his hand (when it became lit with light), his parting the sea, his striking the rock (...These signs attested to the existence of the Creator and the truth of Moses by whose hand these signs...Spend and do not fear deprivation from the Owner of the Throne.)
And We certainly sent Moses with Our signs, [saying], "Bring out your people from darknesses into the...light and remind them of the days of Allah."...Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.
